For about 15 years now I have worked for a large company that has its business in so many different areas. The company sells a variety of goods and services and because we have such a varied range of products we also have quite the varied range of customers to go along with that. The newest call centre technology has kept us up with the current times, because we already have over 2,000 employees and even with a rather prodigious number of employees we could not handle the call volume without help. Having electronic voice recognition sure helps us immeasurably.
