Did You Forget to Reorder QuickBooks Checks Again?
September 2, 2010 7:57 am BusinessThere is nothing more frustrating than needing to print out checks only to discover you’ve run out. Fortunately there’s an easy way to remind yourself to reorder quickbooks checks before its too late.
QuickBooks 2002 or higher has a Check Reorder Reminder that allows you to set when you’d like to be reminded it’s time to reorder. Simply set a reminder for a particular account in QuickBooks, and each time you print a check that matches or exceeds the reminder check number, a reminder window will open and ask if you’d like to order more checks, reset your reminder check number or be reminded later.
Use the reminder option in QuickBooks to give yourself enough time to reorder checks before your supplies run out. For example, if your current supply of checks ends at check #500, enter 450 in the reminder field so that you’ll be reminded to order more checks while you still have 50 checks left.
With Check Reorder Reminder, the frustration of forgetting to reorder checks will be something you can forget.
